Besides carrying out the daily project management, the RDMD also spent time to make home visits. This networking is done in order to increase friendship and relationships. At the same time a study is done about the situation of each village. Questionnaires are used to collect information about e.g. the history of the village, harassment and vulnerability happening in the community, and about the impact by the flood last year. This was done in areas such as Portrat village Chrneang  Prasat Somrit Krpenhtakaung YakKrtey, Prasat Sombo and Sandan district in Kampong Thom province. The purpose of this activity is to looking for capacity and human resources within the community, who are capable to response to disasters that happen on a regular base in their community.
